Monthly Archives: July 2012

Now what?

About two and a half weeks ago I received notice that my last day at work would be July 13th. Apparently there are some budget issues and they needed to lay some people off.

At first this was a huge shock, but it was the best news I could have received. After almost four years of stress, working all hours of the day and a long commute (hour and a half to 2 hours each way!). I’AM HAPPY!

I plan to take a month or more off and enjoy myself. Something I haven’t had time to do lately. I will finally get to live life and have fun! And more time for running! 🙂
