What do you think about when you run?
While on a morning run this past week, my mind started wondering. Usually I think about my breathing, how much further I have to go, and my form. But I just couldn’t concentrate that morning. I started to think about work (which I try NOT to think about anytime I run), what I need to do later that day, and wondered what other runners think about when they run.
So I ask you (Yes YOU!), what do you think about when you run?
