Short run

My knee feels better. I’ve been getting in some short runs, so I don’t hurt my knee anymore while it heals.

My knee has been giving me problems the last few runs. I plan to take a week off for my knee to heal. Lots of ice and rest.

11 miles run in the books

I ran the most miles ever this morning – 11 miles around Greenlake. It was supposed to be a 10 mile run, but decided I had enough energy to run another mile. I’m glad that I did. I felt really good after my first long run. Looking forward to next Sunday’s run of 12 miles!
