Marathon Training: Week 1, Complete!

Just completed week 1 of marathon training! A total of 20 miles ran since Tuesday.

I had a some soreness in my knees the first couple of days, but it seems to have subsided.

I must say it was a bit tough waking up early the first few days to run. I’m sure it will get easier as the weeks progress.
